Four-Story Office Building Sells For $13.7M In Hudson Valley The Westchester Business Center, a four-story office building on South Broadway in White Plains, recently sold for $13.7 million through Ten-X Commercial, an online real estate business. The listing received more than 4,000 web hits on Ten-X Commercial that resulted in multiple offers, said company spokeswoman Amanda Ferraro. Ten-X Commercial is a subsidiary of Ten-X, a digital real estate marketplace, she added. The KABR Group was the seller of the hot property and the buyer was Zef Perlleshi of Scarsdale, Ferraro said.
