NYACK, N.Y. – A local man faces charges of driving while intoxicated after he was stopped on Main Street in Nyack, Orangetown police said.
Michael J. Cobb, 30, of South Nyack, was pulled over on Thursday, Jan. 28, around 10:34 p.m., authorities said.
Police said he failed both a field sobriety test and a breath test.
Cobb was released on $100 bail and is to appear in Nyack Justice Court on Tuesday, Feb. 16, police said.
