Markim was a television and movie actor, producer, and the co-founder of Teletronics. He is best known as Astro from the 1950s show “Tom Corbett: Space Cadet.”
He is survived by his wife, Sondra; children Nancy (Fred), Dan (Sue), Gary (Nancy), Nina (John), and Carla (Gregg); 11 adoring grandchildren; and one great-grandchild to be.
