ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Early morning commuters were stuck Tuesday in a traffic jam on the New York State Thruway just before the Tappan Zee Bridge in Rockland County, according to multiple reports.

The jam, which also spread to alternate roads like Routes 9W and 59, was cleared by 8 a.m., according to reports.
