WEST NYACK, N.Y. -- Robbery charges against the suspect in the stabbing death of a West Nyack teacher have been dropped, according to a report by lohud.
Dylan Lentini, 19, still faces a single count of murder in the death of Michael Wimbert in December, lohud reported.
But authorities could not prove that the homeless teen, who was renting a room from Wimbert, stole money from him, the lohud article said.
Lentini, who claims that Wimbert had sexually attacked him, has pleaded innocent to all the charges, according to multiple media reports.
