ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. - State Police are looking for the public’s assistance as they search for a wanted man that allegedly stole more than $1,000 in merchandise from stores in Rockland.

Police noted that Carrow is also wanted by the Chester Village Police Department and New York City Police Department for undisclosed charges.
Carrow is described by police as being 6-foot-1 and approximately 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
