What Makes It Pasta Perfect: "We use all high-quality products imported from Italy," Chef Marcello Russodivito said. From Prosciutto di Parma to Pecorino Romano. "This is the key to the success and the consistency of Marcello's."

Rather than striving to be the best restaurant in the county, Russodivito strives to be the most consistent, which is the key to the eatery's 30 years of success.

Worth Special Mention: Key to any Italian restaurant are pasta and veal dishes: Veal Marsala or Piccata, Pasta with Bolognese or White Clam sauce remain popular dishes worth special mention.

In addition to these staples Marcello's offers a diverse menu with dishes from northern and southern Italy and items that feature a variety of game and flavors. Black Pasta with Manila Clams and Calamari. Oven Roasted Rack of Lamb. Polenta.

"You don't feel like you're in a traditional Italian restaurant," said Russodivito.

Russodivito also takes pride in never having laid off an employee at any point in the restaurant's 30 year history.
