ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- The 2016 Pearl River St. Patrick's Day Parade took place on Sunday March 20.

The annual parade in ‪Rockland‬ County is the second largest St. Patrick's Day event in New York State and had Irish eyes smiling. Rockland County Clerk Paul Piperato and Legislator Lon Hofstein joined the Ancient Order of Hibernarians for the festivities.
