A motor-vehicle crash early Saturday afternoon caused stop-and-go traffic on a stretch of I-87 in Rockland.
The crash, reported at 1 p.m., occurred on the northbound side between Exit 12 (Route 303) and Exit 13 (Palisades Interstate Parkway) with heavy delays to Exit 11 (West Nyack).
