A serious crash caused heavy delays on a stretch of the New York State Thruway in Rockland on Sunday afternoon.

The crash, on the southbound side of I-87, was at Exit 14 (Route 59) in Spring Valley with stop-and-go traffic that was backed up to the Spring Valley tolls.
