NYACK, N.Y. -- The Rockland County Housing Coalition says it has gotten the go-ahead for an affordable housing complex near downtown Nyack, according to a report by lohud.com.
The agency,, which is headed by Gerri Levy, is planning 33 apartments for the site now occupied by a fabric store, lohud reported.
The one-story building at 263 Main St. will be razed this spring and the apartments should be ready for tenants by the fall of 2017, the lohud story said.
