Ingrid A. Warren, 79, of Tuxedo Park was traveling southbound on South Gate Road in a Lexus RX350 when her vehicle exited the roadway and struck multiple trees on Saturday, April 22 at approximately 11:22 p.m., state police said.

Warren was extricated from the vehicle by Town of Tuxedo Fire Department personnel and airlifted to Westchester Medical Center where she succumbed to her injuries on Monday.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
