Meifeng Pan-Zheng, 39, and Pan Fei, 45, were charged with felony criminal possession of marijuana. Pan Fei was also charged with two counts of two counts of criminal possession of marijuana.

Police also seized $10,000 in U.S. and Canadian currency, Barbera said.

Both bonded out of the Rockland County Jail on $10,000 bail.
