ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- Two cars were broken into at Veterans Memorial Park in Orangeburg on Monday afternoon, Orangetown police said.

Thieves smashed the driver’s side windows on each vehicle and stole a pocketbook, wallet, cash and credit cards, police said.
