NYACK, N.Y. -- Two Nyack men are facing felony robbery charges after they were accused of stealing cigarettes from a village convenience store, according to police.
Andy Tassy, 43, and Laron Musgrove, 31, were arrested about 5 a.m. Friday, according to police.
The men are accused of entering the store and stealing "numerous packs of cigarettes," police said. Police reported no significant injuries as a result of the robbery.
Tassy and Musgrove were arraigned in Nyack Village Court, where each was charged with second-degree robbery, a felony, and criminal fifth-degree possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor, police said.
Both men were taken to the Rockland County jail on $10,000 bail and are to return to Village Court at a later date, police said.
