ORANEGBURG, N.Y. - A Central Nyack man initially arrested on a warrant and for possession of an open container of alcohol was hit with a criminal tampering charge after he urinated on the floor at the police station, police said.
Steven Butterfield, 35, was charged on Saturday with criminal tampering and possession of an open container of alcohol in addition to a warrant charge that he violated a local law in Nyack, according to Orangetown police.
