Man Had Crack Cocaine, Marijuana In Nyack, Orangetown Police Say

NYACK, N.Y. -- An Orangeburg man who was acting suspiciously was arrested by Orangetown police on Monday, Sept. 19 on drug charges in Nyack.

Police approached Daniel Falcone, 50, on Franklin Street after they saw him acting in a strange manner. When they stopped him, officers discovered Falcone was in possession of crack cocaine and marijuana, police said.

Falcone was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. He was released and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 13.
