ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A 25-year-old Rockland man is facing a felony weapons possession charge after Orangetown Police say they broke up a large fight in progress early Friday morning at Artopee Way in Nyack.
Officers responded to the scene shortly after 4 a.m. Friday and observed Bryan Daley of Spring Valley holding a gravity knife in his hand, Orangetown Police said.
Daley was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a felony.
He was arraigned and transported to Rockland County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
