NYACK, N.Y. -- A large brush fire and downed power lines made for traffic nightmares and closed part of Route 9W on Thursday afternoon.
The fire, which is currently under control, started around 2 p.m., caused the roadway to be closed from South Tweed to Old Mountain Road.
