Funeral Set For Rockland Woman Killed After Being Hit By Pickup Truck

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. --  Ashley Nicole Badenchini, 25, of West Haverstraw, died on Sunday, Feb. 12 following an accident in which she was struck by a pickup truck that she had just gotten out of in Stony Point.

Badenchini, born Sept. 11, 1991, in Suffern, to Richard and Annamaria (Quattrocchi) Badenchini, she was a graduate of North Rockland High School and worked at Learning Ladders Child Day Care for many years.

A real country music fan, Badenchini had a gift of touching those around her and lighting up a room with her special smile. 

She is survived by her parents Richard and Annamaria Badenchini; brother Christopher; grandparents Stefano and Kathryn Quattrocchi, and uncles Angelo (Cindy) Quattrocchi and David (Katherine) Quattrocchi. 

Badenchini is also survived by her fiancée Michael McCune, his family Andrew and Karen McCune, and many other loving family members and friends. 

She is predeceased by her grandparents Mary and Peter Baroni, her Aunt Angela Quattrocchi – Smith and Matthew McCune. 

A visitation was held from on Wednesday and Thursday at the George M. Holt Funeral Home, 50 New Main Street, Haverstraw. 

A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb., 17, at St Peters and St Mary’s Church, 115 Broadway, Haverstraw. 

Her final resting place will be in St. Peters Cemetery in the family plot.
