Born in Brooklyn, she attended Jamaica High School and worked for Sears for 20 years. Claire enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren, shopping with her daughter and her yearly vacations at Sunny Hill resort in Greenville.
She is survived by her husband, Vincent; her children, Vincent "Skip" (Cathy) and Kelli-Ann (Thor) Peters; and her grandchildren, Jesse Perri, Jared, Freya and Tiera Peters.
