ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Clarkstown Police are asking the public for help in locating a man who was recently seen on surveillance camera peering into vehicles in Bardonia, and then breaking the windows on several vehicles and stealing items.
Police are asking for help in identifying the man pictured.
