Tomas Rivera, 74, faces two counts of DWI and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle after officers received information of a person driving erratically on Cinder Road just after midnight, police said.

Minutes later, officers were able to locate Rivera, and when stopped he was slow to respond to officer's orders to put the car in park. In addition, officers found an open beer in a cup holder during the stop.

Rivera was processed and released to a family member.
