NANUET, N.Y. -- Starbuck's customers can honor the daughter of an esteemed teacher Thursday at the Nanuet store in Rockland Plaza, according to a story in lohud.com.
Allison Florio, the daughter of A. MacArthur Barr Middle School teacher Laurie Mazzuca, will have a Starbuck's frappuccino named in her honor, lohud.com reported.
Florio, a Tappan Zee High School graduate, died four years ago at 23 from cancer, and Barr Middle School students are raising money in her honor with the proceeds benefiting United Hospice of Rockland, according to the story.
