Car Overturns, Igniting Fire On Palisades Parkway

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A crash involving an overturned vehicle with injuries and a fire reported initially took out the right lane on a stretch of the southbound Palisades Interstate Parkway on Tuesday morning.
