The New City scoop shop won our contest with 58 percent of the vote.

Twist & Shake, with its 1950s nostalgia, features soft serve ice cream, fat-free frozen yogurt, Italian ices, old-fashioned banana splits, and more. Go HERE for earlier Daily Voice story.

The family-owned ice cream parlor will receive a DVlicious certificate and the bragging rights to being "coolest" in the county.
