The Easter Bunny Hops To Congers To Help The Blind, Visually Impaired

SPRING VALLEY, N.Y. --  The Association for the Visually Impaired (AVI) will host its second annual "Breakfast with the Easter Bunny" on Saturday, April 8, at Bella Gianna's (Formerly Romolo's) in Congers.

The event will include a raffle drawing of popular children’s toys and a visit from the Easter Bunny.

A hot buffet breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. For the guests' comfort, there will be two seatings: 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

The cost is $20 per adult; $12.50 for children ages 3 -12; it's free for children under the age of 3. One hundred percent of the event's proceeds will benefit AVI.

There will also be a raffle drawing of popular children’s toys and a visit from the Easter Bunny. Guests are urged to bring a camera for a photo with the Easter Bunny.

The Association for the Visually Impaired is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit founded in 1973 to provide rehabilitation services for Rockland’s visually impaired and blind residents of all ages. AVI is based in Spring Valley.
