New owners Geoff Torrens and Diana Walsh have revamped the establishment with a remodeling and a new menu with a focus on organic, vegetarian-friendly and GMO-free food, lohud.com reported.

They are working with area farms to source sustainable ingredients for the tavern's seasonal pub menu, which will feature items like burgers, fish and chips, salad and vegan options, said lohud.com.

O’Donoghue’s will begin lunch service on April 13 and expect a liquor license by the end of April, lohud.com.
